With Passivhaus certification for the modular construction system, we can completely prefabricate the homes and deliver them with Passivhaus Component Certification in place.

We build the structure of the house from wood, OSB, vapor barrier foil, and insulate it with glass mineral wool, all combined in a system tested & certified by Passivhaus & EPD international.

We primarily use organic materials sourced from wood and minimize the use of toxic substances. For instance, AGEPAN® OSB 4 Ecoboard®, often used in our structures, is certified as non-detrimental to health and is bonded WITHOUT formaldehyde, indicating a very reduced level of toxic substances.

Modular's facade is constructed from charred wood in a fully automated system and treated with linseed oil, providing protection for up to 5-10 years without maintenance, and significantly more with regular maintenance.

The maintenance of the exterior facade involves periodically reapplying linseed oil, based on our experts' recommendations. It is important to consult our experts before reapplying the oil to ensure proper application.

We use triple-glazed, secured, and laminated windows, with a Ug coefficient ≤ 0.5 W/m²K, indicating an enhanced level of efficiency & safety.

Our joinery is PVC REHAU GENEO PHZ, which offers superior thermal and acoustic performance, with a Ug coefficient ≤ 0.75 W/m²K.

We frequently use the Genvex combi 185 blueline ventilation system, but the model can be adapted to meet the specific needs of the house.

The blind is controlled through a smart remote system and is made from SELT Serge 1% (100) material, though the material can be customized to meet the specific needs of the house.

Our warranty includes the manufacturers' warranties on materials, plus an additional 2-year warranty for most of the house. (for terms and conditions please contact us directly)

We can complete the construction between 1-7 days, depending on the size of the house. Additional processes like obtaining permits, securing financing, and adding extra options may extend the completion period. Usually the entire process including everything above takes 2-3 months.

We accept various forms of payment, including crypto, credit, and even leasing in some countries. It is recommended to talk directly with our experts to explore the available financing options and details of our collaborations.

The connection is made through a Plug-and-play system, which allows for quick and efficient integration of utility services with the house structure. Utilities must be prepared on site before the house is delivered and then plugged in.

The Modular structure maximizes every aspect of its design for efficiency and sustainability. This also means the exterior structure is fixed to ensure these benefits.

Installing a traditional fireplace for heating is not recommended in passive houses due to redundancy and energy loss. However, for visual or design purposes, installing a fireplace is possible.

Underfloor heating is possible, but not necessary in a passive house due to the design that maintains uniform temperatures across all surfaces.

Yes, you can place the Modular house on a traditional concrete foundation, although we recommend using Ground Screw foundations for flexibility and efficiency.

We can connect the homes if they are compatible (eg: 48m2 + 48m2), or if not compatible (eg: 48m2 + 24m2), trough special corridors. This also means certain changes to the finishes and designs tailored to the specific dimensions and it’s structural needs.

It is off-grid ready. Meaning with Modular’s 95% less energy consumption you can easily go off-grid using a solar kit and battery.

Regarding the structure, Modular maximizes every part of it’s design at the Passivhaus standard to ensure maximum energy efficiency, so any change to the structure poses a threat to it’s incredible energy efficiency.
